General Assembly & Annual Meeting 2026

Join us for the annual general assembly and annual meeting, where we will focus on this year’s results, inspiring presentations, and plenty of networking. We will also present three awards celebrating outstanding initiatives within the association. Open to members, partners, and others with an interest in life science and welfare technology.

Join us for the annual general assembly of Danish Life Science Cluster, where we bring together dedicated and engaged members and other stakeholders from the healthcare sector for an exciting afternoon of professional insights and valuable networking.

Following the general assembly, there will be time for networking, inspiring presentations, and the presentation of awards at the Annual Meeting 2026.

Please note: The general assembly is reserved for members of the association, while the annual meeting and award presentations are open to everyone.

Winners will be notified in advance but announced publicly on the day.

Appendices and Documents

About the General Assembly of Danish Life Science Cluster

All members have the right to attend, speak, and vote at the general assembly. Multiple employees from a member organisation may participate. Each member has one vote, which is held by the primary contact person registered at the time of membership. If the primary contact person is unable to attend, voting may be carried out by proxy.

Proposals for the General Assembly

Members of the association may submit proposals for inclusion on the agenda of the general assembly.

Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than Tuesday, 7 April 2026 to the secretariat of Danish Life Science Cluster, Mette Thiel, mt@danishlifesciencecluster.dk.

Members will receive an official invitation to the general assembly no later than 31 March 2026, and the final agenda no later than 14 April 2026. (Both will be sent to the primary contact person registered with the membership).
