During the event, we will explore how strategic collaborations, Microsoft’s support for startups, and key investment opportunities are shaping the future of HealthTech and early-stage companies.

There is a need for better and stronger investments in Danish life science if the industry is to meet the government’s Strategy for life science towards 2030.
The Life Science Invest network is working to attract more and stronger investments in the life science area.
In 2024, the network has engaged more than 250 participants in the attempt to mature investors and provide guidance on funding within healthtech, medtech and biotech.
Life Science Invest is organized by DTU Science Park, EIFO, BII, Health Tech Hub Copenhagen, Innovation Fund Denmark and Danish Life Science Cluster.

12:30 – 12:45: Arrival and networking
Kick off the afternoon by connecting with fellow professionals and investors in the field.
12:45 – 13:00: Opening Remarks
Join us for opening remarks by Kim Kjøller, Chairman of the Board, Danish Life Science Cluster.
13:00 – 13:20: Microsoft for Startups
Gain insights into Microsoft for Startups and the Founders Hub, including benefits of partnering with Microsoft and supporting opportunities for startups. This session will feature inspiring examples of successful HealthTech startups within the Microsoft ecosystem, as well as potential growth through AI development.
13:20 – 13:45: Fireside Chat: The Value of Partnerships
Engage in a conversation with Jesper Grønbæk, CEO of Health Tech Hub Copenhagen, and Microsoft about the importance of partnerships for startups and scaleups, current technology trends in healthcare for software companies, and how Microsoft collaborates with startups for commercial growth.

14:00 – 15:15 : Investment Cases & Investor Dialogues
Participate in discussions around investment cases and dialogues with key investors.
15:15 – 15:35: Shared Learnings from Being the First Investor in an Early-Stage Company
