Danish.Care sætter igen i år velfærdsteknologi og hjælpemidler på dagsordenen med den nationale konference Velfærdsteknologi anno 2022 i samarbejde med CareNet og Teknologisk Institut. Konferencen løber af stablen i Odense Congress Center (OCC) den 11. oktober 2022 og er for alle – kommuner, regioner og foreninger samt producenter og leverandører, der arbejder med eller har interesse for det velfærdsteknologiske felt og hjælpemidler.

Mød førende forskere og virksomheder på tværs af den dansk-tyske grænse. Lær om fremtidens behov for ældrepleje, som fagfolk fra ældreplejen i 15 danske kommuner har formuleret (svarende til mere end 1/3 af den danske befolkning). TVAERSPOR

TVAERSPOR is a cross-sectorial collaborative project that aims to gain a deeper understanding of the causes of the patients’ inconvenient hospitalizations and re-hospitalizations so that a targeted effort and improvement of the patient process can be made.

Nybrud

Nybrud is a research and innovation project in collaboration between Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus, Central Denmark Region’s IT department and Danish Life Science Cluster. The project is funded by Central Denmark Region with DKK 1.87 million through their health–innovation pool and runs until the end of 2022.
