Prices and terms
A membership of Danish Life Science Cluster costs an annual member fee. For companies, the member fee is based on number of employees. For others, the member fee is based on the type and size of the organisation. As a member, you have influence on the association’s activities and the right to meet, speak, and vote at the general meeting.

| Company 101-250 employees | 25,000 DKK |
| Company +250 employees | 50,000 DKK |
The member fee is paid annually at the turn of the year for a period of 12 months. Resignation shall be notified to the secretariat no later than three months in advance of the new calendar year.
The prices are exclusive of VAT and set by the Board of Directors, on April 5th, 2022.

The Association’s By-laws
As a member, you become part of the Association, Danish Life Science Cluster, and you will have influence on the association’s activities. Each member has one vote at the annual general meeting.
